CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

YUKAY products may be manufactured using photographs, images, text, or other customization instructions supplied by the customer.

You are responsible for:

• Uploading the correct photograph or image
• Uploading the required number of images
• Reviewing and confirming the crop
• Selecting the correct quantity and product option
• Checking names, dates, captions, and spelling
• Ensuring the uploaded image has suitable resolution and quality

The final product will be manufactured according to the content and selections submitted with the order.

Once production has started, a customized order may not be changed or cancelled.

Customized products are generally not eligible for return or refund because of a change of mind, an incorrectly uploaded image, an incorrect customer-selected crop, or incorrect personalization details.

This does not limit rights relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially non-conforming goods.

CUSTOMER-UPLOADED CONTENT

By uploading photographs, images, text, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• You have any permissions required from identifiable individuals
• The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
• The content does not violate applicable law
• The content does not contain malicious software or harmful code

You grant Hong Kong Yukay Limited and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to store, crop, resize, reproduce, print, manufacture, and otherwise process the uploaded content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Manufacture the customized product
• Provide customer support
• Produce an approved replacement
• Prevent fraud
• Resolve disputes
• Comply with legal obligations

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, or technically unsuitable for production.

SOCIAL MEDIA PERMISSION

On certain customized product pages, you may be asked:

“May we record the creation process of your custom item for social media sharing? Your contact details remain private.”

If you select “Yes, I agree,” you authorize us to photograph, film, or record the production process and finished customized item for social media, advertising, or promotional use.

The content may show the customer-supplied photograph as it appears on the customized product.

We will not intentionally disclose your private contact, billing, shipping, payment, or order information.

If you select “No, I don’t agree,” we will not intentionally use your customized product in public promotional content.

Your selection will not affect the price, production quality, processing time, or delivery of your order.

NEW CUSTOMER PROMOTION

Eligible first-time customers may receive their first four qualifying custom refrigerator magnets free on their first order.

The promotion provides a discount of up to USD $7.96 on the qualifying product.

Additional magnets are charged according to the price displayed on the product page.

The promotion:

• Applies only to eligible first-time customers
• Applies once per customer
• Applies once per order
• Does not include shipping charges or taxes
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May not be combined with other offers unless checkout expressly permits it

We may use reasonable information, including customer account, email address, payment details, billing address, shipping address, and order history, to determine eligibility.

We may cancel orders where multiple accounts, false information, or other methods are used to repeatedly claim the promotion.
