Since all YUKAY custom photo magnets are made to order using the photos provided by each customer, refunds and returns are generally not accepted for change-of-mind reasons.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact YUKAY Customer Service at zhoukaiyu66@163.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, has a production error, or if you received the wrong product.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Our team will review your request promptly and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, reprint, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.
